When a fan buys a ticket, the money goes instantly and directly into the venue's Stripe account. This gives the venue immediate cash flow to pay artists, and it gives Ticketelo zero refund liability.
If a show gets cancelled, the refund process is strictly between the venue and the fan. Ticketelo takes absolutely zero legal or financial risk, and our 10% ticketing fee is invoiced and guaranteed regardless.
